PEDAGOGICAL APPROACH
The studies have a strong working life orientation, and are carried out
with a multidisciplinary approach, using varied study methods. Both national and
international expert networks are used, among which elderly care, wellbeing at
work and management.
PROFILE OF THE PROGRAMME
The Master's degree is
designed to promote the development, management and assessment in the field of
social work and health care. The studies are linked to developing workforce and
elderly care. The degree offers a new skill set and career opportunities
for graduates.
Students and teachers
stay organized via email and an online learning platform. It is possible to
study while at work, as the studies include only 2 days of contact teaching per
month on average. Each student will have an individualized study plan, which
will take previous learning in to account.
OCCUPATIONAL PROFILES
Graduates are able to work in development and management
positions in the social work and health care fields,
as consultants, experts, entrepreneurs and managers in public, private and the
third sector. Graduates are eligible for
positions which require a Master's degree.
