Learning Outcomes

Students will be capable to analyze the significance of the information obtained from people and the community in developing professional methods and services. They will also recognize the importance of the information that people of different ages in the community offer concerning their living conditions, well-being and social needs. Students will be competent in analyzing the use of various methods when it comes to acquiring citizen-based knowledge. Students will acquire experience in obtaining information about well-being and be competent in analysing that information using an appropriately chosen research method.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Face-to-face teaching, assignment for gathering information from a client or citizen,
reflecting upon the interview experiences with other students,documentation of the interview material.

Assessment Criteria

Grading will be announced during the course.

Assessment Methods

Participation in contact teaching, assignment relating to the client/citizen interview and a report about it. Grading: pass/fail.
