Learning Outcomes

Students will be knowledgeable of the laws and decrees associated with the preservation and conservation of buildings. They will identify the conventions related to preservation and assess solutions for issues in preservation. The will be competent in assessing different zoning solutions from the point of view of building conservation and utilising reports pertaining to zoning.

Concepts pertaining to building preservation. Legislation pertaining to conservation and zoning. Process of preserving buildings. Zoning as a working method of preservation
