Learning Outcomes
The student is able to define the essential legal concepts that help him in understanding legal texts. The student is able to search for information from legal sources and knows how to apply the gained knowledge in practice.
The student knows how to operate as a participant in a contract. The student is able to describe the main principles of the sale of movables, especially the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller in business-to-business trade
