Learning Outcomes

Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students are able to manage and evaluate occupational safety as defined by regulations on HVAC and other house technology.

Competence in the construction process
Students know the special features of house technical contracting and the role of house technical work. They are familiar with the machinery and equipment requirements for the organisation and execution of work. Students are competent in reading house technical drawings, they have knowledge of the house technical costs and of the issues related to house technical installations on site.
