Learning Outcomes

Participants understand the special needs of different immigrant groups from the viewpoint of libraries. Students can reflect the learnt theories to practice and they are able to plan suitable services for different kinds of groups. Participants can also analyze the needs of different immigrant groups and they are able to answer the cultural and information needs of these customers by developing the collection and services.
