Learning Outcomes

Students will learn about connections and effects of social and global change on employment and economical policies. Students will be able to to analyse connections and effects between employment, economic and educational policies. Students can report on the current situation in the labour market and on the elements that affect it. Students are able to name the mission, vision and strategy of the employment and economical administration and to describe its service provision structure and development work.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 1-2:
Students are able name the mission, vision and strategy of the employment and economical administration and to describe its service provision structure and development work. Students know how to report on the current situation in the labour market and on elements that affect the situation. Students know about connections and effects between social and global change and the employment and economical policy.
Grade 3-4:
Students can explain how social and global change are conncected with and affect employment and economical policies. Students are able to to analyse connections and effects between employment, economic and educational policies.
Grade 5:
With help of evidence-based knowledge, students are able to evaluate the employment and economic policies, services and development needs in the changing society. Student can draw conclusions and find development targets in the essential contents of employment and economic policies and explore their association with individual, community and society-level background factors.
