Learning Outcomes
Students will be competent in communicating appropriately and purposefully in various communicative situations in the working world. They will be considerate of the receiver, and be aware of the situation and the demands of the profession. They will be able to communicate in and organised, clear and convincing manners. Students will also be able to evaluate their own communicative skills. Students will recognise the multicultural aspect of communication.

Students can in their communication in a skillful and convincing way to take into consideration the aim, situation and the receiver; they can act in a responsible way and according to rules. The interaction is very skillful. They can recognize the cultural influences in communication. The texture is chosen according to the text genre; the text is logical, fluent and argumentation is varied and convincing. The illustration is appropriate, effective and considered. Students can evaluate their communication realistically according to the aim, purpose, receiver and profession.

Students can in their communication partly take into consideration the aim, situation and the receiver. They can sustain communication. They can recognize the cultural influences in communication in some extend. The texture is mainly logical, fluent and argumentation is varied and convincing. The illustration is appropriate. Students can evaluate their communication in some aspects and partly realistically.

Students can communicate only from their point of view: they cannot take into consideration the aim, situation and the receiver in their communication enough. The texture is not logical or fluent and argumentation is one-sided and sparse. The illustration is sparse and not appropriate. Students can evaluate their communication only from their point of view.
