Learning Outcomes

Students will be competent in identifying the more significant factors or organisms, animals, insects and microbes that damage timber and living trees, as well as the types of damage each source causes. They will apply their knowledge to forest management and the protection against damage. Students will also be competent in abiding by relevant regulations and guidelines for protection and using pesticides.
