Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be competent in working as a supervisor of an organisation. They will be competent in planning an organisation's objectives and taking a leading role at work. Students will have command of process management and be familiar with quality control. They will also develop their customer service skills and understand the role of interest groups in organisations. Students will be familiar with the factors affecting the processes of change in and organisation and be competent in analysing the various manifestations of leadership.
