Learning Outcomes

An important statutory component of financial accounting relates to the content of the financial statements and the accounting principles. The aim of these studies is to coach students to meet the accounting processes, as the audit trail, in preparing the financial statements, and company law. While working as an Accountant in the Accounting Office, you often also participate in resolving the problems with an expert of the Law Office.
As an Accountant, you can be responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements, tax declarations, the balance sheet of the book, the management of the purchase and sales ledgers, statistics and other regulatory announcements, monthly reporting, communication and cooperation with the various teams in the business. You are also to ensure the applicable laws and regulations, as well as the realization of the principles of corporate governance. Your important external partners may be Accountants, Law Firms, as well as the other advisors.
The studies includes skills, which are important if you work in a small or large company, as well as in managerial or executive positions, a company that offers financial management services, or if you are acting as an entrepreneur, who consults with clients, either in the domestic or international business environment.

Practical Bookkeeping, Preparing Financial Statements, and Company Law
