Learning Outcomes

COMPETENCE IN IN CUSTOMERSHIP IN HEALTH CARE

Students will learn to describe concepts related to care and nursing and to analyse nursing from the viewpoint of nursing principles. Students will learn models of implementing nursing. They will be able to analyse factors that influence the relationship between the nurse/public health nurse and the client/patient. Students will learn to work in a professional relationship with the clients/patients.

DECISION-MAKING COMPETENCE

Students will learn how the nursing process model can be applied as a tool in decision-making.
