Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be competent in
• analysing the structure of the communication process and the factors affecting the process and able to apply this knowledge in working world situations
• writing documents for professional purposes in proper, clear language
• giving speeches and presentations
• writing appropriate academic summaries
• creating standardised documents
• understanding the principles of group and team work and working as group or team members
• understanding the principles of project communication and in producing relevant documents
• interpreting and managing network communication
