Learning Outcomes

The student is able to name key human resource management processes. He/she can explain, how tasks related to these processes are done in practical level. The student can perform HRM tasks with HRM management and as HRM team member. He/She understands the importance of HRM and impact of it.

Contents

Human resource management key processes: people planning, resourcing and onboarding, performance management, human resource development, compensation&benefits, wellbeing and early support model.

3=The student is able to name part of HRM processes and understands, how these tasks are done in practice. He/She knows part of HRM key tasks and content of them and is able to do them.
1=The student knows the key parts of HRM processes and practical part of them.
