Learning Outcomes

Holistic market orientation refers to the firm's model for creating value for its customers through long-term customer relationship which are based on long-term customer value and commitment. A holistic view on marketing helps a firm to succeed and grow. The aim of the module is to give the student tools for 1) holistic marketing planning and management as well as 2) customer relationship management as part of business strategy.
