Learning Outcomes

The students will
- become aware of what uncompelled internal and external entrepreneurship might involve in their own practice
- be introduced to typical features of entrepreneurship in the health and social field, e.g. ethical considerations, registration and legislation
- learn to work with entrepreneurial attitude in multiprofessional teams in health and social services

Contents

- uncompelled internal and external entrepreneurship
- entrepreneurial approach to work, entrepreneurship
- legislation on health and social field entreprises
- the process of establishing an enterprise for health and social services, packaging of products, the bidding process and marketing
- arranging a wellbeing/entrepreneurial event
- practical training in an entreprise in the health and social field.
