Learning Outcomes

Students will
• become aware of the stages in event, media and visual management
• learn to explain how a production plan is prepared
• learn to realistically assess technical production needs
• learn to identify audiovisual technology needs in productions
• become familiar with and observe occpational safety regulations
• learn to approach a production as a project

Contents

The course will discuss various elements of production (see the expected learning outcomes) as follows:
• planning an event production (schedule, idea development, contracts and permits) 6 cr
• production and media technology 2 cr
• stages of media management 1 cr
• visuaalisen tuottamisen vaiheet 1 op
