Learning Outcomes

The Student is able
- to analyze and evaluate actual change factors and trends in operational environment of health care and social services,
- to compare the different scopes and processes of changes, and to evaluate the realization of change processes in practice from the perspectives of management based on theoretical and research knowledge, and
- to analyze and utilize the principles of project management to achieve a successful change
