Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will know the central issues involved with entrepreneurship and business planning from the SME perspective. Students have command of the essentials of strategic and operational management and marketing management. Students can model business processes. Students can create a business plan and a marketing plan. Students will have command of the area of business planning, its elements and how they fit together.

The student has good knowledge and skills on the issues involved with entrepreneurship and business planning from the SME perspective. The student has good knowledge on strategic and operational management and marketing management. The student can create an analytic and realistic business plan.
