Learning Outcomes
You are working then in the financial or management accounting tasks, but also in the context of the audit, information technology skills play an important role. The aim of this study program is to coach students, that they can implement a management accounting calculations using the financial management software. You may also be responsible for any financial management software or ERP system or do it as root user. This may require you to also play an active role in the development of team working methods, practices and tools, as well as participation in the development of the various processes.
As a Controller, you are developing the company's cost accounting and reporting, as well as sales forecasting and monitoring. When you develop a financial reporting, project management, and financial management functions, you act in cooperation with the IT Department. You may need to act as a representative of the project team and the audit of projects. Internal control tasks, you will work in close cooperation with the Auditors. Similarly, if you are acting as the Auditor for yourself, your knowledge belongs to the auditing practices in a comprehensive manner.
The studies includes skills, which are important if you work in a small or large company, as well as in managerial or executive positions, a company that offers financial management services, or if you are acting as an entrepreneur, who consults with clients, either in the domestic or international business environment.
Study program is composed of three courses, which are:
Business Management Solutions, Cost accounting and Cost Management, and Corporate Governance and Topics in Auditing
