Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will understand the basics of the procurement logistics and the use of forest energy and be familiar with work safety. They will also know how to measure fuel wood and be aware of the expenses involved and financial assistance available. In addition, students will be familiar with environmental issues and research activities in the field and be able to determine suitable objectives for procuring forest energy and assess the quality of working sites.
