Learning Outcomes

The student knows the central tasks which are related to the planning of the new business and can act as a part of the multiprofessional teams. After having performed the study module, the student can estimate elements which are related to the developing of the new business idea. The student can analyse new business opportunities and can draw up a business plan to an innovative business idea. The student knows the central contents of the business plan, its elements and their compatibility. The students of different education field can adapt his own substance know-how, the separate sectors of the business plan in the planning process.

Contents

The course offers students the opportunity to apply their own substance knowledge and experience to an practical project and learn to identify new business opportunities. Working in multiprofessional teams, students will produce a comprehensive strategy for establishing a new business, exploiting professional knowledge of each member of the group. They will identify the target markets for a new product/service, plan the marketing, selling and business processes, as well as create the necessary financial calculations.

Excellent 5
The student can adapt his know-how to the brainstorming and planning of the new business. He can act as the part of the multiprofessional teamwork producing business perspective to the planning of the new business. The student can identify, estimate and analyse new business opportunities. The student masters the central contents of the business plan, its elements excellently and their mutual compatibility so that all the members of the team will know how the business plan is drawn up.

Good 4-3
The student uses his know-how for the brainstorming and planning of the new business. He can act as a member of the multiprofessional teams and bring a business view to the planning of the new business.
The student identifies and can estimate new usiness opportunities. The student knows the central contents of the business plan, its elements and their mutual compatibility and helps the team members in the compilation of the business plan.


Satisfactory 2-1
The student knows the tasks which are related to the brainstorming and planning of the new business. He acts as a part of the team without however using his expertise. The student identifies and estimates new business opportunities. The student knows the central contents of the business plan and can draw up a preliminary business plan as a member of the team.
