Learning Outcomes

Students will be able to analyze their own behavior as managers and specialists. They will be able to work as managers in work communities. They will identify different roles and their requirements in organizations and know the importance of interaction in organizations and their operation development processes. Students will know the dimensions of organization sub-consciousness and will get to know guiding with meaning. After the course students will be able to help customers in their value production chains
