The student will be able to utilize sources of judicial information.
The student knows how to choose the appropriate company type and how to establish a company. The student will be able to draw up a contract and how to make and maintain required registrations. The student can handle the legal issues involved in management.
The student is able to contract an employee and to terminate employment
The student knows the legislation associated with marketing, trade and foreign trade.
The student is able to deal with his or her personal taxation and is able to calculate a company's taxable income and taxes.
