Learning Outcomes

The student is able to describe the legal system of Finland and in the European Union. S/he is able to search for information from legal databases and knows how to apply the gained knowledge in practice.

The student knows how to operate as a party to a contract. S/he is able to compose a legally valid letter of authority, which fulfils its function. The student is able to describe the legal position of the debtor and the creditor.

The student is able to compare the legal system of Finland and in the European Union. S/he is able to search for information from legal databases and knows how to apply the gained knowledge in practice. The student knows how to operate as a party to a contract. S/he is able to explain the legal responsibility of the debtor and the creditor.

The student is able to present the legal system of Finland and in the European Union. S/he is able to search for information from Finlex and other legal databases. The student knows how to apply the rules of contract law and the law of obligations in practice.
Satisfactory (1)
The student is able to explain the legal system of Finland and in the European Union. S/he is able to search for information from Finlex. The student is able to explain the essential principles of contract law and the law ob obligations.
