Learning Outcomes

The student is able to succeed in routine sales and marketing situations conducted face to face, over the phone and in writing.

Furthermore, the student can

- recognize the significance of printed and online marketing materials
- produce sales and marketing materials of professional quality
- independently produce various kinds of messages and documentation of the field
- use different media for effective sales and marketing communications.
