The student can
- make a presentation of the concepts and contents of human resources management and team work
- define the main duties and responsibilities involved in a supervisory position and analyse his/her own skills and targets for improvement in team work
- make a presentation of the principles of team work and assess their own skills and targets for improvement in team work
- recognise the processes of work community development and maintenance
