Learning Outcomes

Students are able to recognize how children and youth use and produce media. Students are able to tell what is the role of a librarian in media education. Students are able to consider the challenges when counselling children, youth, seniors or immigrants on information retrieval or the use of social media.
The study module consists of two courses: Media Education and Special Groups and Children and youth as media users
