Learning Outcomes

Students recognise and are able to explain the field and sectors of human resource management. They can carry out personnel management tasks as assistants of human resource managers and as members of personnel teams. Students are able to assess the management of human resources as part of business operations and their development.

The student is able to see human resource management as part of business operations and assess the management of human resources and their development.

Assessment Methods

Exam 50 %, pair work 50 %, both parts must be completed successfully.
