Learning Outcomes

Students will become familiar with the realm of the media with emphasis on the use of newspapers as a communication channel for nutritional issues, and they will be competent in writing about field-related topics in the media. Students will also be competent in planning and independently carrying out counseling and guidance about nutritional issues.
