Learning Outcomes

Students will learn to develop social work in multiprofessional teams and from a client-based perspective. They will be familiar with the basics of quality systems. Students will learn to interpret situations associated with personnel and financial administration and to collaborate within the organization and with other networks. They will be able to negotiate and hold meetings, and understand the importance of documentation.

- Planning documents, quality systems and current development projects
- Management, organising and development

- Well-being in the work community
- Other tasks inroduced by the field placement supervisor

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Introductory lectures, active participation at the workplace according to the curriculum objectives and students' personal interests, portfolio and feedback discussions

Assessment Criteria

Grade pass (3) /fail:
Students demonstrate that they can use and apply theoretical knowledge and integrate it with practice. They are capable of critical thinking and of pointing out development needs and alternative solutions. Students are able to describe their management and development competence to the supervisory group, in the feedback discussion and in their summary of learning.

Assessment Methods

Assessment pass/fail, on the basis of the students' personal objectives and objectives described in the curriculum.
