Learning Outcomes

The Student is able
- to compare principles and fields of management in different operational environments,
- to apply the tools of strategy preparation and implementation, and to evaluate the realization of strategies in practice based on theoretical and research knowledge, and
- to interpret economic indicators and plan actions based on knowledge management to ensure cost effective and high-quality operation.
