Learning Outcomes

Students become familiar with the operation of firms in rural management and planning, as well as the logic of new business start-up design principles. During the course, students receive basic corporate strategic planning, marketing and financial planning as well as corporate and commercial law.

Student's Workload

5 x 26,7 t = 134 h Student's work consists of lectures participation, independent learning about the course topics and assignments of the contract and reporting. Scheduled studies 50%, autonomous studies 50%.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The course consists of theoretical lectures ensemble, solo or group practice in applied learning about the basic textbooks and assignments, which require the involvement literature in the field of rural enterprises. Students are looking for and provide information about self-directed groups.

Assessment Criteria

Satisfactory completion of the course requires that the student has successfully developed and reported by all of the tasks and successfully completed the mini examinations, which focus on various aspects of the concept of the content.
Determination of the rating:1-2 The student understands the small business activities on marketing, financial, and legal basic logic.
3-4 The student understands the small business activities on marketing, financial, and legal basic logic and is able to apply their skills in practical decision-making situations.
5 Students understand the operation of a small business on marketing, financial, and legal basic logic, are able to apply what they have learned practical decision-making situations as well as be able to create new and creative decision-making patterns that take advantage of what they have learned.

Assessment Methods

The assessment is based on the student´s applied skills, which will be shown by approved written exam and approved assignments.
