Learning Outcomes

Students can analyse management and understand various concepts and models and apply this knowledge to the work in the service sector. They will be familiar with the entire sphere of duties of a supervisor involved and the significance of leadership in productive operations. Students will learn the basics of management and leadership and be familiar with the various areas of personnel management. Students are able to find and apply in practice legislation concerning for example protection against unilateral termination and legislation on the rights and obligations of different parties. They are able to make a valid employment contract and testimonial.
