Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be knowledgeable of the duties involved in strategic leadership and the significance of it in the operations and success of a business. Studens will understand the more common references for analysis in leadership and be competent in applying their knowledge in practice. In addition, students will be aware of the typical contents of a company's strategy process, and they will understand, in particular, how to initiate a strategy and deal with the challenges the change in strategies poses taking into consideration the perspectives of both the management and the employees. Students will have command of the more crucial terminology related to strategic leadership, both in Finnish and in English.
