Learning Outcomes

Students will become aware of the special characteristics - strengths and weaknesses - of their field and of their impact on business. Students will identify possibilities and threats in the environment from the viewpoint of their business.
- They will learn to understand user behaviour and segment customers in the cultural field
- They will learn to conduct a competitor analysis, and determine a company's market position
- Students will gain knowledge of typical operations in creative industries and learn to apply the knowledge in practice
- Students will create a business plan for one branch of creative industries

Assessment Criteria

Grade 5 In relation to the learning outcomes, students have excellents skills, knowledge and attitudes. They understand fully the interconnections that exist between various functional areas within businesses. Students are competent in argumentation, critical evaluation, application of contents learnt and in finding new solutions.
Grade 3 In relation to the learning outcomes, students have good skills, knowledge and attitudes. They understand well the interconnections that exist between various functional areas within businesses. Students give reasons for their opinions and apply the contents studied.
Grade 1 In relation to the learning outcomes, students have passable skills, knowledge and attitudes. They apply mechnically contents studied during the course.
