Learning Outcomes

Students will learn to define essential legal concepts required in explaining legal texts. They will learn to seek legal information from relevant sources and apply the information in practical situations. Students will learn how to act as contract parties. They will learn to draw up unambiguous contracts. They will also become familiar with economic and moral rights as regulated by copyright law.

They know how to act as contract parties and how to draw up unambiguous contracts. They are able to explain author's economic and moral rights.
Grade good (4-3)
Students know how to define essential legal concepts. They know how to independently seek legal information from relevant sources. They know how to act as contract parties and how to draw up contracts that contain the essential elements. They are able to explain author's economic and moral rights.
Grade passable (2-1)
Students recognise essential legal concepts. They know how to use relevant sources of legal information. They are aware of the contract parties' rights and responsibilities. They know how to draw up a contract.
