Learning Outcomes

Students will be competent in accepting responsible duties as a member of an organization, both as an individual and as a team member. They will be familiar with the fundamentals of organizational behavior and the factors affecting it. Students will understand the significance of social skills, and they will be competent in managing and developing their own social skills. Students will develop their team work skills.
