Learning Outcomes

Students are able to suggest and analyse various decisions in order to manage customer relationships in the various phases of the lifespan. They are capable of creating solutions on the strategic and operational levels in the mentioned competitive situations. They know how to create a maketing plan for a company and utilising it to develop the company's marketing operations. Students are able to analyse, plan, create, develop and manitain brands and work innovatively in situations that build and develop brands. In addition, students are capable of utilising economic information and abiding by legal norms when making decisions about marketing.
