The course provides students an opportunity to improve their oral and written language skills by studying the current issues and news on music business and event management. The purpose of the course is to focus on broadening the student’s vocabularyand jargon of the field and study the event management field. After the course the students are able to search for the current music- and event management news, articles and topics from the media.

Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
The course consists of contact lessons, independent work and discussion in the e-learning environment Moodle. To pass the course, students must do both an oral and a written task. Students should also attend the contact lessons actively (80% attendance required). Each student (or student team) will chair one discussion on the topic they have chosen.
