Learning Outcomes

Students are able to act and communicate in spoken and written business communication situations. They can distinguish the cultural differences and act accordingly in business communication situations. They are able to:
• write business letters
• participate in meetings and negotiations
• take care of travel arrangements and situations connected with business visits
• recognize and take into consideration different cultural business backgrounds

Satisfactory (2-1)

Written and spoken assignments, the final exam and classroom performance are of a passable level in terms of knowledge, skills and their further professional application

Assessment Methods

Active participation and completion of the given course tasks within the given deadlines. -5% for every late submission or task not completed to acceptable standards.
