Learning Outcomes

A firm's success is dependent on its abiltiy to provide its customers with value that outweighs the financial and other costs of the realtionship. For long-term success in an ever-changing world, a firm must be able to regenerate its offering in order to maintain competitiveness. The aim of the module is to give the student tools for 1) recognising the development needs within a firm that are crucial for improving customer value and for 2) planning and carrying out such develoment.
