Learning Outcomes

The student recognizes the environmental factors affecting human beings and their operational environment, the relations between production activities and environment and the effects of production in local, regional and global level. The student is aware of the methods to decrease the negative effects of the production to the environment. Students can give examples about the significance of consumption in today's society. Students can recognize the visible and non-visible factors influencing consumer buying behaviour. Students can also analyse the needs of consumers, as well as their purchasing and consumption behaviour. The student can apply the customer behavior knowledge to marketing decision making.

The student understands the means to decrease the harmful consequences of human and production activities on environment. The student understands the significance of consumption in today's society. The student can recognize and understand the visible and non-visible factors influencing consumer behavior. The student can also analyze the needs of various consumers, as well as their purchasing and consumption behavior. The student can apply consumer behavior knowledge to marketing decision-making.
