Learning Outcomes

Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students appreciate the existing body of buildings and the built environment.

Competence in repair construction
Students are able to determine why repair is needed and to list typical deficiencies and damages of buildings from different eras. Students are competent in preparing a condition assessment report on a repair construction target chosen by themselves. They also know how to read old drawings and repair drawings.

• condition assessment, contents and how to prepare one
