Students will be competent in making a business plan and necessary calculations for small and mid-sized enterprise, as well as in evaluating the profitability of such an enterprise. They will be capable of choosing an appropriate type of company and understand how the various types of companies are established.

- Calculations needed to evaluate the business of a new company
- Evaluating the sensibility of the various types of companies in various decision-making situations
