Students will acquire an understanding of health care for livestock and be familiar with related organisations in Finland.

Contents
- Goals and methods in livestock health care
- Relevance of health care to the food chain.
The course also includes a review of the issues discussed in previous courses pertaining to animal welfare and is therefore a final course that ends the module.
