Learning Outcomes
The purpose of the Energy Efficiency Module is to teach students to consider energy efficiency and needs of a building and to understand the impacts the use of energy in buildings have on the environment. Upon completion of the module, students will be competent in assessing the energy efficiency of buildings and understand the impacts building technology and the associated components have on energy efficiency and indoor climate. They will be aware of the various heating systems that make use of renewable energy sources and what they offer to energy production.
