Learning Outcomes

Students will be familiar with the standard pronunciation of Spanish and the geographical variation in the Spanish language, as well as learn to understand the different geographic varieties. Having completed the course, students will
- be able to pronounce Spanish according to the standard pronunciation,
- be familiar with the basics of Spanish pronunciation, and
- understand different geographic varieties.

- Basics of standard Spanish pronunciation
- Geographic variation in pronunciation (Peninsular Spanish and American Spanish)
