Learning Outcomes

Students will learn to seek legal information about immaterial property rights and apply the information in practice. Students will learn to compare various means of protecting immaterial property rights. They will observe copyright requirements when making contracts.

Assessment Criteria

Grade 5
Students know how to independently seek information of immaterial property rights legislation and apply the information in practice. They are able to compare various means of protecting immaterial property rights. They know how to evaluate contracts from the perspective of copyright law.

Grades 4-3
Students know how to independently seek information of immaterial property rights legislation. They are able to classify various means of protecting immaterial property rights. They are able to name copyright requirements which need to taken into account when making contracts.

Grades 2-1
Students know how to use information sources on immaterial property rights. They are able to name various means of protecting immaterial property rights. They are aware of the importance of copyright requirements when making contracts.
