Learning Outcomes
The student is familiar with the centrat pronciples of legislation that forms business frame of rural or agricultural enterprise.
Contents
The course consists of six parts:
1. Company legislation
2. Company tax laws and tax planning
3. Contract law and consumer protection legislation
4. Competition laws and public procurements (EU)
5. Real estate legislation
6. Employment contract and acting as employer
Recommended or Required Reading
Students use independently basic publications and other material.
Mode of Delivery / Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
By means of independent learning and practical exercices the student gets familiar with the central legislation .
Assessment Criteria
The student has complited and reported acceptably the exercises.
1-2 The student has reported the exercises on the level, that the student knows the central concepts and is able to use those in simple practical decision making.
3-4 The student has reported the exercises on the level, that the student knows the central concepts and is able to use those in varying decision making.
5 The student has reported the exercises on the level, that the student knows the central concepts and is able to create complicated decision making models .
